Carl Gonzalez is the Managing Broker and the founder of RealtyDigit he has a unique perspective on the industry. A graduate of DeVry University and a Military Veteran with emphasis on computer technology; Carl has over twenty-five years of experience in the housing industry through buying and selling residential and commercial property, he also has worked with repairs of: Appliance, Electrical, Plumbing, Heating/Air Conditioner system install and repairs. On the real estate part I have worked as a: Home inspector, Loan Officer, Tax Associate and Property Manager/ Landlord.

Carl’s vast experience makes him a unique realtor because he is more than just someone to help you buy a home. He has the ability to walk you through every step of the process from finding the perfect property, to working with the home inspector to make sure that everything on the property is to your specifications, to working with your loan officer to ensure a smooth transaction. Carl is a true partner in your real estate journey. When he is not working, you can often find him buying and selling stocks or investing in real estate. Carl also advises others who are interested in learning how to transition from a home buyer to an investor.
